Dianna Jacksan Manzamussa

Dianna Jacksan Manzamussa (b. 1997, Brazil) is a Black dancer, director, and movement researcher based in Berlin, working across Capoeira, Ballroom culture, and urban dances.Founder of the House of Manzamussa, she was honored as Legendary by the Brazilian Ballroom community in 2022. She has performed across Brazil, South Africa, Norway, France, and Germany. Recent work includes the Lygia Clark Retrospective at Neue Nationalgalerie, Banhada in Dendê at Tanzfabrik, and Mandinga do Futuro at Chaillot Théâtre National de la Danse. Through her work, she explores embodiment, memory, and decolonial practices.
