#BBF are no strangers to the Residenz. They have been collaborating for years: in 2021, as part of the first edition of “Katapult – Performance Platform Leipzig”, they created the dazzling evening show “Let’s talk about money”, followed in the 2023/24 season by the spectacular series “Die vier Jahreszeiten (nicht von Vivaldi)” featuring four aesthetically diverse performances, including one in autumn where a cheerful yet melancholic community was celebrated with the audience, and another in spring where, following a show centred on spring fever at the Spinnerei, an apple tree was planted that can be visited when one is feeling sad. In the 2025/26 season, the punk performance team invited further colleagues to the Residenz for concerts, radio plays, and livestream shows. This season, together with the author Stephan Langer, they will warm weary souls this coming winter with a wild surprise (what else!).

#BBF_Production has been a two-person team since 2014, consisting of Theresa Ehrenberg and Franziska Braun, aka Franny Fränzen. They are musicians, shoot videos and mockumentaries, DJ, and put on performances combined with pranks – often playful, affectionate, and always simple.
