Hartmut Neuber
Hartmut Neuber was born in Bonn, where he also grew up. After studying German Philology, Philosophy and History of Art for several semesters, he studied Acting at Max-Reinhardt-Seminar in Vienna. Following his graduation, he worked at theatres in Hannover, Detmold, Gießen, Göttingen, Frankfurt, Krefeld/Mönchengladbach and Darmstadt. From 2000 to 2011, Hartmut Neuber was a member of Staatstheater Nürnberg’s acting company, where he played roles including Bottom in “Ein Sommernachtstraum (A Midsummer Night’s Dream)”, Franzeck in Lukas Bärfuss’ “Die Probe”. He performed in Süsskind’s “Der Kontrabaß (The Double Bass)”, in Lessing’s “Minna von Barnhelm” and Lewandowski’s “Die Tour”. In 2011, he relocated to Theater Chemnitz, where he worked with directors like Dieter Boyer, Mateja Koležnik, Enrico Lübbe, Eva Lange and Nuran David Calis. Both in Mönchengladback and from 2004 to 2008 in Nürnberg, Hartmut Neuber was director of the theatres’ youth clubs. 
From 2013 Hartmut Neuber first was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Schauspiel Leipzig and has since been a returning guest.
