Hermann Heisig
Hermann Heisig was born in Leipzig and lives and works in Berlin as a choreographer, dancer and performer. In 2018, he produced the group piece “slave to the rhythm” at Residenz, a free interpretation of rhythmic musical education based on the teachings of Émile Jacques-Dalcroze. Together with visual artist Angelika Waniek, he produced the duet “Ich steh auf und setz mich wieder hin (Feste des Handelns)” as part of KATAPULT – Performance Plattform Leipzig 2021.
