Agata Maszkiewicz (Angoulême/Warschau): „Meeting John“

“Meeting John”, proposed by choreographer Agata Maszkiewicz, is an idea for a series of encounters that brings a performer, a light operator and a moving light together. One is using her own human dancing skills, the second remotely controls the light, the third follows the comments. Or maybe it's the other way around? The aim of the trio is to test possible relations, blurring the visible boundaries of who is influencing whom and simply to dance together. The outcomes or the meetings themselves are shared with the audience and become part of the ongoing process of this research-encounters.
