Ivana Müller (Paris): „Notes“

“Notes” is based on reading, note-taking, and sharing of a jointly selected book — one physical copy of that book. For “Breaking the Spell” in Leipzig, Martina Hefter, Caroline Kapp, Lina Majdalanie, and Stefanie Wenner read the poetry collection „Beaches. Why I Don’t Care For Them“ by Wanda Coleman and annotate it one after the other. The book becomes a body of exchange and an archive of a long collaborative reading and writing process. The four readers create a hybrid manuscript that will be exhibited at Residenz.
