Charlotte Puder
Charlotte Puder completed her training as an actor at the University of Music and Theatre “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” Leipzig in 2009. During her training, she played in Christoph Roos’ production of “Wahlverwandtschaften” and in Kay Voges’ staging of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at Staatsschauspiel Dresden. Afterwards, she joined the company of Theater Bielefeld until 2012, where she performed in productions including “Don Karlos” (directed by Christian Schlüter), “Der Geizige” (directed by Dariusch Yazdkhasti), “Unfun” (directed by Felix Rothenhäusler), “Was ihr wollt (Twelfth Night)” (directed by Henner Kallmeyer) and “Das Interview” (directed by Hanna Müller).
Charlotte Puder has been working freelance in film and theatre since 2012 and founded the space “Hopfe” in Leipzig, which hosted exhibitions, performances and theatre productions until 2018. Between 2013 and 2017, she acted in “Nathan der Weise” and “Ein Sommernachtstraum (A Midsummer Night’s Dream)” at Bad Hersfelder Festspiele and worked at Wormser Nibelungenfestspiele and Theater Lübeck. Beside her television appearances in series like “Soko Leipzig” and “Die jungen Ärtze”, she has been teaching at the University of Music and Theatre “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” Leipzig at regular intervals since 2017.
She performed as part of She She Pop’s production “Oratorio” at Schauspiel Leipzig’s Residenz in the spring of 2018. Currently, she plays the role of Romy in Thomas Melle’s play “Ännie”.
